Essie - Parka Perfect

Ugh I really don't want to go to work tomorrow. I can already tell I'm going to be tired tomorrow because I'm already up past my bedtime!  But I'm still going to stay up a bit later to finish this post! lol

Bliss Kiss Nail Oil Review

I was really interested in trying out Bliss Kiss Pure Nail Oil after seeing so many before and after pictures on instagram. See Ana's instagram @simplenailarttips if you want to see some. Then I read more about Bliss Kiss on the website and found that you're supposed to do a 3 day Initial Hydration Treatment. In short, this means that you don't wear any nail polish for 3 days. Apply the oil throughout the day. Once it feels as if the oil has soaked in, apply more oil. Reading about this 3 day hydration treatment honestly made me very skeptical of the oil. I thought to myself "wouldn't my nails look amazing if I applied ANY oil to them all day for 3 days?!" So I tried applying OPI Avoplex in this way... I did it for one day and it did moisturize my cuticles but didn't do a whole lot else. It also didn't feel like it was really soaking in to my nails. So I decided to try Bliss Kiss....

My Stash!

I think I originally wrote this post at the end of January? I was saving it for a day I when I didn't have anything ready and didn't feel like doing a post... Then I kind of forgot about it lol... anyway I thought I should post it while it's still somewhat up to date (it's missing what I bought in February but oh well)

Holy... I didn't realize how much polish I had until I had to move it across the city! Let's take a peek inside my Helmer!

Drawer 1: Untrieds
This is mostly Color Club from January's haul. The polishes at the front are darker and I want to try to wear them before spring comes... well before it starts looking like spring anyway... 59 full size polishes, 16 minis in this drawer

Drawer 2: Unblogged
These are polishes I've worn but for whatever reason haven't made it onto this blog. Most are from before I started this blog, otherwise the pictures didn't turn out and I didn't realize until the polish was already chipped. Again front section is polishes I want to wear before spring. 58 polishes

Drawer 3: Colors already blogged about (mostly cremes)
I didn't know what to call this drawer. These are all the polishes that aren't glitter (or metallic/neutral) that have already made it onto the blog. As I get through blogging the unblogged/untried my helmer will go back to being organized by colors. 37 polishes

Drawer 4: Glitters already blogged about
Glitters... also crackles (ew!) and textures. 36 polishes

Drawer 5: Nail care and Misc. polish
Base coat, top coat, strengthener, cuticle oils
Black/white/grey/beige/holo polishes
Stamping polishes
20 polishes (not counting base/top coat, oils)

Drawer 6: Nail art supplies
Acrylic paint set, brush/dotting tool set, nail foils, empty bottles (frankening maybe?), nail art pens, q-tips, hole punch re-enforcement stickers, stamping stuff other than polish etc.

Total: 210 full size polishes + 16 minis = 226 total

I've found that separating out my untrieds is REALLY helping me resist the temptation to buy more polish... it really scares me how much polish is in that drawer!

How many polishes do you have in your stash? How do you organize them? By finish? By color? By brand?
