Happy Friday! Just a simple swatch today... Essie Aruba Blue is a beautiful shimmery royal blue color. Essie describes it as "a frosty sapphire blue" on their website but I don't think it looks like a frost. Sapphire yes though :) I love how it's a bit darker at the edges and kind of glows in the middle of the nail when the light hits it. It went on easily and I didn't have any issues with application. Shown is 2 coats. I layered over this so I'm not sure how long it lasts.
What an awesome intense glowing blue this is. Great to hear the application on it was great too.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was a teenager I always wore blue eyeshadow and/or blue nail polish. Then after a while I just could not stand blue anything so I stopped wearing it...
It took me a few years but I am just in love with blue eyeshadow/nail polish today as I was back when I was a teen :)
