I'm back again with Twinsie Tuesday :) This week's prompt is "Shattered Glass." I don't have the cellophane looking nail foils to do a proper shattered glass mani... I thought about using an iridescent shard polish but the shards in mine tend to stick up and I have trouble getting it flat and smooth. So I decided to do some stamping inspired by Bregje of Oooh Shinies instead.
I started with 2 coats of Color Club In De-Nile as my base. I stamped with Konad m64 and Revlon Petalchrome 006. I've had the Revlon polish for at least 15 years! I'm surprised it lasted so long!
I accidentally missed the tip of my index nail but other than that I really enjoyed wearing this mani... Blue is my favorite polish color and I really like the way the metallic blue looks over the light blue creme. What do you think of this look? Have you tried shattered glass nails?
Don't forget to show the other Twinsies some love!
