For this "Holo + Damask" prompt I decided to try some holo on holo stamping. I had a lot of trouble trying to photograph this mani :( I really liked how the colors looked in real life together. The base is a light silver with subtle linear holo. It isn't very metallic and ends up looking quite neutral while still having a little something extra to it. The black holo polish showed up as a medium gray with much stronger linear holo they created a nice effect together. I hope the image looks like Damask... I wish it was a bit smaller to fit on my nails better so the repeating pattern could be seen. I also need to work on my stamping alignment... my middle finger nail and pinky are crooked :( practice practice!
Base is 3 coats of Avon Cosmic Moonbeam (swatch here) stamped with Color Club Beyond (swatch here) using plate Pueen 21. Finished with Seche Vite
Happy Friday! Hope everyone has a fun weekend :)
