KBShimmer - Berry Patch

I don't have too many indie polishes... shipping to Canada is really expensive :( I have KB Shimmer's Berry Patch for today's prompt. Above is 2 coats of Berry Patch over Essie Warm and Toasty Turtleneck (2 coats). Berry Patch is a milky sheer lilac polish with small and medium purple and holo glitter and some large blue glitter hex pieces. I feel like I didn't get enough of the blue glitter pieces so the few that I ended up getting look kind of random. I think maybe if I fished out more blue glitters it would look better.

 Berry Patch ended up a lot more sheer than I expected from swatches on other nail blogs. Below is 3 coats on it's own. It has a soft, french mani kinda nude look with just a touch of lilac to it and of course the glitter. I do like how it gives that "your nails but better" look without being streaky but it wasn't what I was expecting from swatches and just looking at the bottle. I'm not sure if maybe I just got a bad bottle or I need to mix it better?

    Its pretty but bummer to see that yours didn't turn out opaque even after three coats.

    Oh gorgeous! I really love the look of this polish, subtle but so pretty! I'm really sad to say I don't own any Indies just because my chances to order online are near impossible atm but I am really keen to try this brand! xx

      thanks! I haven't ever ordered directly from Indie makers either for that reason... and expensive shipping to Canada :( I only have a few indies and they were all purchased through blog sales

    I'm not usually very fond of sheer polishes but I think this one was cute, the glitter made it look pretty :)
