Hi everyone! Hope you're all having a good weekend so far! Today I have a simple layering swatch to share.
Base is Essie Parka Perfect, a pretty soft light blue/grey color. It has some light pink/blue shimmer that is visible in the bottle but is very hard to see on the nail.
On top I added China Glaze White Cap, a very sheer white jelly with gold slightly duochrome shimmer that actually looks like really really tiny flakies and also kind of has a glass fleck look to it at times. Hard to describe but it's really gorgeous! (I had to turn to Scrangie for help describing this one!)
What do you think of this layering? Any other suggestions for base polishes to try with White Cap?
Hi dear! What a pretty luminous manicure! =)
ReplyDeleteThanks! Luminous is a good description of this topper!
DeleteI really like the look of this layering manicure. I would love to see how White Cap looks over a darker base polish now.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa! That's a great suggestion! I've only worn it over lighter blues so far
DeleteLovely polish, I really like the shimmer!
ReplyDeleteI think it would look nice over green, orange or dark brown, too.
Thanks Nicole! Maybe I'll try one of those tonight... I'm feeling uninspired haha
DeleteI love this color combo! The delicate shimmer over the blue is so lovely.
ReplyDeleteThanks Rachelle :)
DeleteI think White Cap is beautiful!
