Oops my blog is getting a little dusty! Do you see any spiderwebs? Lol I can't believe it's been a week since I last posted! I've just been too busy out and about trying to soak up the last bits of summer... I haven't really been home much!
I got my curved watermark back! I couldn't figure out how to fix Photoshop though. I ended up just uninstalling and re-installing the stupid thing. I had to change all my settings again which was a bit annoying but I'm happy to have my curved watermark working again!
Anyway this mani was supposed to be for depression awareness but I totally did not get this edited on time... It's still a pretty mani nonetheless though!
I don't know why but Color Club Wild Cactus is IMPOSSIBLE to photograph. I took this photograph with my phone and it's much better than with my normal camera but it's still showing up slightly teal when it is not teal at all! See Rebecca Likes Nails for a better swatch of it. I used 2 coats. The glitter topper is LA Girl Splash from the Splatter collection. It's made up of mint and white medium and small hex glitters. I love this glitter and I think it would look awesome over other base colors too!
Great combination! That glitter is very nice.
ReplyDeletethanks Lisa! I just wish it photographed better!
DeleteDon't feel bad for enjoying summer! We all have to make the most of it before winter comes - boo :) I love this green on green, the lighter and dark glitter particles make it really pretty to look at :) xx
ReplyDeleteI don't want summer to end! :( thank you! I love the different shades of green together too... I just wish this would photograph accurately!
Deletehappy that finally you got your watermark back again. anyway, I don't really like to use glitter bcuz it's hard to remove, but this ones is beautiful. I love the base color you use. :)
ReplyDeletethanks CC! I hate removing glitter too... I usually use peel off base coat instead but then sometimes it comes off before I want it to :(
DeleteThis looks really good! :-)
ReplyDeleteYah you got it fixed. Sorry you had to reinstall it. I'll let my husband know - sorry he's not got back to you, been really busy this week. I think he was hoping to solve it so he could learn more about Photoshop. ;-) If you have any more issues, I'm sure he'll be happy to help :-)
thanks Ananka! No worries I think something really weird happened with my photoshop somehow :( I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else... probably just a one-off thing
DeleteThat looks awesome! I love green on green :)
ReplyDeleteme too! I just wish you could see the true color of the greens!
DeleteYay for the curved watermark! :D
ReplyDeleteThis combo looks great!
thanks Traci! I just wish this color photographed more accurately!
