H&M Mermaid

Hope everyone is having a good weekend! Quick swatch/review post today :) This is 2 coats of H&M Mermaid over 2 coats of Color Club Wild Cactus (it is photographing more blue here).

This is my first time trying a polish from H&M although I love their clothes and have been shopping there for years :) Formula and brush were good but unfortunately the glitter was too sparse. I was kind of disappointed since it looks so pretty in the bottle but didn't really sparkle that much on the nail in normal indoor lighting.

  3. It looks pretty but bummer to hear you were disappointed with it and how it didn't sparkly as much on your nails compared to how it looks in the bottle.

  7. I totally agree with you. I have some h&m polish here too and they all look great in the bottle but the glitter outcome really isn't that great.

    1. aaww :( I was hoping it was just this one h&m polish. I probably won't buy any more h&m polish then. Have you tried any of their creme finish polishes?

  8. You already know that I LOVE green nail polishes so I like this one too on your nails, even if you mentioned the problem with the glitter!

    1. thanks Andrea! It's a pity because the glitter is so pretty. Next time I'll try applying it with a sponge and hopefully that will work better!
