I started with two coats of OPI Just Lanai-ing Around as my base. This applied really smoothly and barely needed any cleanup. It dries a few shades darker than the bottle color.
Next I dabbed on OPI Lost on Lombard using the Saran Wrap technique.
And finally I stamped with Pueen plate SE03A and Konad black stamping polish.
This didn't end up looking like crushed velvet at all but I do like the mottled colors on the roses. What do you think of this mani?
