Easter Nails

Happy Easter! I hope everyone is having a good long weekend :) I didn't have that much time for my Easter mani this year so I went with a simple stamped marble and some stamping. I still haven't fully got the hang of the stamped marble... I kept getting a few areas that didn't transfer from the stamper to my nail. I tried to re-stamp these areas but it ended up looking more piece-y and less blended :( I also tried my marshmallow stamper which I don't normally use... the lines of the stamping aren't completely solid so I think I might need to prime it a bit more... or press harder maybe?

I started with 2 coats of Color Club In De-Nile as my base. Then I used Color Club In De-Nile, Color Club Blue-Ming and an unlabeled Cosmetic Arts polish I nicknamed "Betty" for my stamped marble. Then I stamped with Color Club Yahoo Purple and Born Pretty Store plate Q Girl 018. Use my code SL10K31 for 10% off!

  6. I have this stamping plate and I never thought to use it for Easter nail art, though seeing your nails, it perfectly matches the theme. Lovely colors!
