Mani Swap: Texture Nails with Triangle Cutouts

Here is my mani from my mani swap with Suzie @pretty_fingertips on IG. Original manis on the left, recreations on the right. I recreated her texture nails with triangle cutouts and she recreated my cherry blossom mani.

I didn't have OPI Tiffany Case which is what she used for hers. I used Essie Lots of Lux (1 coat over black) instead which was darker so the triangle design isn't as obvious. I still like this mani though! I really like the bold triangle shapes... kind of an 80s feel to it. It's also super easy to do I just used some tape. My boyfriend really liked this design too. He said the triangles reminded him of the arrows they use in gaming blogs when they're talking about different moves. I think I will try this design in other colors later :)
