Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a good week! I have a swatch and review for today. Innisfree 85 is a really nice crelly sandwich kind of glitter :) It has a soft, pinky nude crelly base with small hex glitters in pink and silver (I think the glitters picked up my blue shirt when I was taking pictures haha) and a bit of pink and silver microglitters.
Application was really good... It went on easily and the glitters spread out well. The brush is small and round and fairly easy to control. The cap is not removable though so it is a bit bulky and awkward to hold while applying but it's not too bad. I really liked the French mani "your nails but better" kind of look I got with one coat but unfortunately the base was a bit streaky so I had to do a second coat. My nail line was still a bit visible but I personally prefer this one slightly sheer. My index finger was still streaky so I did a third coat there and it's completely opaque. Which do you prefer? Two coats or three?
Unfortunately this polish didn't wear very well at all for me :( I had a few large chips after only 2 days. I have been having issues with these glitter sandwich type polishes chipping quite fast on me in general though so it might just be something with my nails... On the upside this was fairly easy to remove for a glitter polish.
